Site visitors

These rules apply to the www.offshoreraces.app website. Browsing the site requires no account or sign-up, and the site sets no cookies, so no consent banner is needed.

• Hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare Workers. Like any host, Cloudflare receives the IP address and technical details of each request, to serve the pages and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Audience measurement: Cloudflare Web Analytics, enabled by Cloudflare directly on the offshoreraces.app domain, counts page views without cookies, persistent identifiers or cross-site tracking. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Base map: the globe's satellite imagery is loaded from the servers of EOX IT Services GmbH (Austria), which receive the browser's IP address.
• Ads: ads are sold directly to advertisers and displayed without an ad network, profiling or visitor tracking.

Advertisers

When you book an advertising space, we collect the advertiser's name, email address and ad content to fulfil the order and issue the invoice. Legal basis: performance of the contract and accounting obligations.

Payment is processed directly by Stripe; we never receive your card details.

Retention period: 5 years after the end of the run for order data (limitation period, article 2224 of the French Civil Code), 10 years for invoices and accounting records (article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code).

Recipients and transfers outside the European Union

Data is never sold or transferred to third parties. It is processed by our sub-processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, audience measurement) and Stripe (payment), companies based in the United States and certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and EOX IT Services GmbH (base map, European Union).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@offshoreraces.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

The French version of this policy prevails.
